Cancellations

Workshop registration may be canceled with full refund (less a $50 processing fee) provided written notification is received by October 30th.

A 50% refund is available for workshop registration provided written notification is received between October 30th and November 9th.

No refunds will be granted after November 9th.

All fees for sponsorship and exhibitor packages are non-refundable.

Substitutions

Registration substitutions are always welcome for in-person events. To request a substitution, you must email the [email protected] and include in your email the names, affiliations, email and mobile number of both parties involved in the substitution.
