Cancellations

Workshop registration may be canceled with full refund (less a $50 processing fee) provided written notification is received by July 8th.

A 50% refund is available for workshop registration provided written notification is received between July 9th and July 18th.

No refunds will be granted after July 18th.

In the case of an emergency/extenuating circumstances, special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the NAATBatt leadership team following the workshops.

All fees for sponsorship and exhibitor packages are non-refundable.

Substitutions

Registration substitutions are always welcome for in-person events. To request a substitution, you must email the [email protected] and include in your email the names, affiliations, email and mobile number of both parties involved in the substitution.
