Workshop VIII Registration
All prices are quoted and all payments must be made in U.S. Dollars.
Cancellations
Workshop registration may be canceled with full refund (less a $50 processing fee) provided written notification is received by July 15, 2025.
A 50% refund(less a $50 processing fee) is available for workshop registration provided written notification is received between from July 15 – 26, 2025.
No cancellations will be accepted after July 26, 2025, after which date all registration fees shall be non-refundable. Substitution of registrants, however, is permitted without charge.
Registrants are advised to obtain travel insurance in order to defray the expense of unexpected events and changes of plans that may interfere with their attendance of the workshop.
All fees for sponsorship and exhibitor packages are non-refundable.

Substitutions
A registrant may transfer his or her registration to another employee of his or her company without charge at any time prior to July 28, 2025. To request a substitution of your registration, send an e-mail to [email protected] and include in your e-mail the name, company, job title, e-mail address, physical mailing address (no P.O. boxes), and mobile phone number of your substitute attendee.
