Optional Workshop Dinner on Tuesday, July 29*

Join workshop speakers and registrants for an enjoyable evening of networking and social engagement at the optional workshop dinner on Tuesday evening. The dinner will be held at The Depot Brewery & Distillery in downtown Reno. The Depot is located in a historic building built in 1910 to serve as the headquarters for the Nevada-California-Oregon Railway about 2 miles north of the Peppermill Resort (dinner attendees must arrange their own transportation). The dinner will provide for a relaxed evening of social engagement with the leaders of the battery lifecycle industry. Special registration for the dinner is required and registration may be limited.

Redwood Materials Facility Tour on Thursday, July 31*

On the morning of Thursday, July 31, registrants will be transported by bus from the Peppermill Resort to the Redwood Materials battery recycling and manufacturing facility in Sparks, Nevada about 30 minutes east of Reno. Registrants will have an opportunity to tour the site and hear presentations by Redwood Materials personnel describing the operations and capabilities of the facility. Registrants will return to the Peppermill Resort by bus in the early afternoon.

Meet the Recyclers Presentations*

Each NAATBatt member company that is in the business of either (a) acquiring and processing lithium-based batteries, manufacturing scrap or black mass for recycling, or (b) purchasing and selling black mass or battery core to recyclers, and registers at least one employee for the workshop is invited to give a 5-minute informational talk during the Meet the Recyclers portion of the workshop. Additional information about giving a talk will be provided following registration. The $25.00 fee is non-refundable. Only eligible NAATBatt member firms may choose this add-on option.

Meet the Repurposers presentations*

Each NAATBatt member company that is in the business of repurposing used batteries for a second use application and registers at least one employee for the workshop is invited to give a 5-minute informational talk during the Meet the Repurposers portion of the workshop. Additional information about giving a talk will be provided following registration. The $25.00 fee is non-refundable. Only eligible NAATBatt member firms may choose this add-on option. You may not choose this option if you have already signed up to give a Meet the Recyclers talk.

Cancellations

Workshop registration may be canceled with full refund (less a $50 processing fee) provided written notification is received by July 15, 2025.

A 50% refund(less a $50 processing fee) is available for workshop registration provided written notification is received between from July 15 – 26, 2025.

No cancellations will be accepted after July 26, 2025, after which date all registration fees shall be non-refundable. Substitution of registrants, however, is permitted without charge.

Registrants are advised to obtain travel insurance in order to defray the expense of unexpected events and changes of plans that may interfere with their attendance of the workshop.

All fees for sponsorship and exhibitor packages are non-refundable.

Substitutions

A registrant may transfer his or her registration to another employee of his or her company without charge at any time prior to July 28, 2025. To request a substitution of your registration, send an e-mail to [email protected] and include in your e-mail the name, company, job title, e-mail address, physical mailing address (no P.O. boxes), and mobile phone number of your substitute attendee.
