Nth Cycle, Inc (“Nth”) is a US-based metals refining company that has developed a proprietary electroextraction technology to process and refine critical minerals required for the clean energy transition and bolster a domestic critical mineral and battery supply chain.
Nth's electroextraction technology is an electricity-based refining technology that uses electricity, water, and recycled chemicals and avoids sodium sulfate waste.

Green Graphite Technologies

The AH has patented technology in the US, Canada, and Mexico for the extraction of lithium battery black mass and NIMH black mass. AH holds additional patents for the up grading of BM extraction metal sulfate solutions to preCam and Cam materials for different NMC ratios.
AH has recently received a new US patent for the separation of cathode materials from anode carbon contained in black mass from new production scrap and out of specification EV batteries for the direct recycle back to the starting battery cathode material. This patent is based on flotation separation. It is the lowest cost process way to recycle black mass from LFP batteries to produce directly recyclable LFP cathode material directly back to the production of LFP batteries (a current concern).
AH is directly solving technical problems in the lithium battery industry which include patents in process for:
- The sodium sulfate problem
- Practical lithium recovery from lithium anode batteries
- Practical fire resistant electrolytes for lithium batteries
- Non smelting recycling of lead acid battery paste
